The present invention relates to a policy information providing method, a policy information providing system, and a computer program for the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, disclosed are the policy information providing method, the policy information providing system, and the computer program for the same which are configured to generate a policy information service document in a standardized form by crawling a policy information document file associated with a web page and automatically extracting text data, wherein the policy information providing method, the policy information providing system, and the computer program for the same are configured to generate the policy information service document with a higher level of expertise based on an annotation input of an expert through a policy information editing environment. According to the present invention, policy information documents of various file formats can be managed and provided in the standardized form.
