The present invention relates to a production method of a granular aromatic rice grain powder, which comprises the steps of: (1) preparing aromatic rice by polishing the aromatic rice; (2) roasting the aromatic rice prepared in the step (1); (3) producing the aromatic rice powder by grinding the aromatic rice roasted in the step (2); and (4) injecting the aromatic rice powder produced in the step (3) to a bottom end of a fluidized bed granulator, and molding the same in granule while spraying a dextrin solution through an injection nozzle on the top of the fluidized bed granulator, and to a granular aromatic rice grain powder produced by the method.
