The proposed invention relates to search engines and can be used for searching for vacancies and resumes in databases. The invention can also be used for sorting vacancies and resumes according to professional fields and other specified matching criteria. The technical result is a reduction in the amount of effort required to prepare the necessary machine learning materials, a reduction in the volume of machine calculations, faster acquisition of results, and a reduction in the time taken to analyze search results. To achieve this technical result, the present recommender system uses a training database and a working database, wherein training sequences are generated by sorting and processing training database matrices on the basis of user feedback about the degree of relevance between the results provided and a query theme.
