An integrated calculation method for the residual stress and deformation from the welding of a super large structure, the method comprising: sorting each component on the basis of the manufacturing sequence of a super large structure, then sorting the welding joint of each component according to the welding processing specifications, sequence and means for each component; performing categorization according to the thicknesses, types and groove forms of different welding joints; creating equivalent welding joint samples which have the same sizes as the welding joints of the actual super large structure, and using an equivalent heat source method to simulate the residual stress distribution of each type of equivalent welding joint sample to obtain the magnitude of residual stress at a welding seam and at a heat-affected area of the welding joint of each component, thereby surmising the overall residual stress distribution for the super large structure; on the basis of the location at which the equivalent welding joint sample of each component is located, using the obtained original stress within a joint as the initial strain, and importing same into a housing unit overall model for the super large structure so as to calculate an elastic finite element, and finally obtain the deformation distribution for the entire super large structure. The described method features rapid calculation, good convergence and reliable results, allowing the prediction of deformation to no longer be influenced by the size of a model structure and the size of a grid.
