The present invention provides a quantitative recipe information creation assistance server, an information processing terminal, a system, a method, and a program for converting the qualitative expression of recipe information into a quantitative expression. A quantitative recipe information creation assistance server (100) of this quantitative recipe information creation assistance system (1) comprises, as functions thereof: a similar recipe selection unit (131) for selecting other recipe information that is similar to recipe information for which quantitative recipe information is not created, quantitative recipe information having already been created for the other recipe information; a difference extraction unit (132) for comparing the recipe information and the similar recipe information, and extracting a difference; a quantitative recipe difference correlation unit (133) for correlating the quantitative recipe information linked to the similar other recipe information and the difference; and an editing input acceptance unit (134) for accepting editing input for the location of difference in the similar quantitative recipe information.
