A stock market trend analysis method and system based on a stock correlation algorithm, belonging to the technical field of data processing. The method comprises: calculating an individual share price limit on that day, and normalizing the individual share price limit to a relative score of an individual share; calculating the correlation between individual shares according to the relative score of an individual share; according to the correlation between the individual shares, calculating a block composed of similar individual shares according to a preset algorithm; confirming the individual shares in the block as core shares; and according to the confirmed core shares, calculating a stock market structural trend indicator within a preset period, and outputting the stock market structural trend indicator in a preset form. The stock market trend analysis method and system based on a stock correlation algorithm can improve the accuracy of stock market development trend analysis.
