The present invention is characterized by being provided with: a piping memory unit; a diagnostic information memory unit that stores diagnostic information including point information for identifying points where defects have been found, defect information for identifying the details of the defects, and treatment information for identifying a treatment status; a display unit that displays a layout drawing (31), defect point icons (44), and a detail window (43) for presenting the defect information and/or the treatment information; a control unit for controlling the detail displayed on the display unit; and an input unit for receiving an input operation, wherein the defect point icons (44) are displayed at positions corresponding to the point information, and the treatment information and/or the defect information associated with the corresponding defect point icon (44) is displayed in the detail window (43).
