Disclosed are a highly efficient petroleum-degrading composite bacterial agent, and a preparation method thereof and the use thereof. The highly efficient petroleum-degrading composite bacterial agent comprises the following effective microorganisms: petroleum-hydrocarbon-degrading bacterium ECO-17 with the strain deposit number CGMCC No.15837; petroleum-hydrocarbon-degrading bacterium-3 with the strain deposit number CGMCC No.16238; Sphingopyxis chilensis-13 with the strain deposit number CGMCC No.16241; and petroleum-hydrocarbon-degrading bacterium (Achromobacter pulmonis)-10 with the strain deposit number CGMCC No.16240. Degradation strains are screened according to the degradation characteristics of the strains to petroleum hydrocarbons, wherein four strains have different degradation characteristics for petroleum hydrocarbons with different carbon chain lengths, and four strains after being compounded do not have competitive inhibition growth and have a synergistic promoting effect, so that the final degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons can be improved.
