Embodiments of the present application provide a medical insurance fund risk control method and device based on data analysis, a server, and a medium. The method comprises: determining an active area corresponding to a target user according to using trajectory information of a medical insurance card of the target user; when a target medical site comprised in the active area corresponding to the target user monitors the target user, obtaining medical information of the target user at the target medical site; according to the medical information of the target user at the target medical site, determining whether a card swiping behavior of the target user for the medical insurance card is abnormal; and if it is determined that a card swiping behavior of the target user for the medical insurance card is abnormal, adding an identifier of the target user into a tagged list. By adoption of the present application, the abnormal card swiping behavior of the user for the medical insurance card can be effectively detected for supervision, thereby reducing the loss of the medical insurance fund.
