Provided is a composite particle group capable of achieving both excellent quick-charging performance and initial charging/discharging performance. When regions where the surfaces of the active material particles are exposed by 1 µm2 or more in the composite particles are defined as exposed regions, the number density of the exposed regions with respect to the total surface area of the multiple composite particles is 0.0010 to 0.0500 region/µm2.
