The present invention relates to a statistical analysis system, and more particularly, to a statistical analysis system using a conversational interface which is adapted to the statistical analysis of clinical data and enables the analysis objective or the like of a user to be inferred through questions and answers with the user, thus allowing ordinary people to easily obtain clinical statistical analysis information. It is very difficult for users unfamiliar with statistical analysis methods or detailed statistical algorithms to use statistical analysis programs, and even statistics professionals who are very familiar with statistical analysis methods or detailed statistical algorithms also find such programs difficult to use when unaccustomed to the operation methods and analysis result formats thereof. In particular, clinical data processing using various variables is necessarily even more difficult. The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a statistical analysis system using a conversational interface adapted to a statistical analysis method using clinical data; and the statistical analysis method using the system, wherein the conversational interface is adopted to extract variable feature information needed for statistical analysis according to the statistical analysis objective desired by a user, and a statistical analysis algorithm is selected and set according to the extracted information to allow a statistical analysis to be performed, thus allowing statistical analysis material intended by the user to be generated.
