Disclosed is a frequency resource allocation method for real-time communication in a cellular device-to-device (D2D) network. A frequency resource allocation method in a cellular D2D network can comprise the steps of: with respect to a pair of a plurality of cellular terminals and a plurality of D2D terminals which belong to a base station, generating combinations of a cellular terminal and D2D terminal pair for sharing frequency resources allocated between the base station and at least one cellular terminal; and, with respect to the generated combinations, supporting a pre-designated fixed data rate and deciding the cellular terminal and D2D terminal pair for sharing the frequency resources on the basis of required bands of respective combinations.
