A SCR denitration system for cement kiln flue gas, comprising a preheater system (1), a reducing agent supply system (2), a waste heat power generation system (3), a high-temperature fan (4), a raw material mill and exhaust gas treatment system (5), a dust removal device (6), an SCR reactor device (7), a fan (8), and a decomposition device (9). The SCR denitration system is disposed at the rear end of the high-temperature fan (4), so that the flue gas is denitrated in a high temperature environment, thereby greatly improving denitration efficiency, without affecting the waste heat power generation of the waste heat power generation system (3); in addition, the SCR denitration system does not need to work in a high negative pressure environment, the system working condition requires low blowing rate, thereby reducing the equipment and system investment correspondingly; furthermore, during denitration transformation, the high-temperature fan (4) of the original system does not need to be transformed, thereby shortening kiln idleness duration and reducing economic loss.
