The present invention provides a method and a system for booking a luxury coach based on user preferences. The method comprising allowing the user to access a mobile application 104 through a user interface device 102; wherein the system 100 includes the mobile application 104, allowing the user to register in a user registration unit 105 provided in the mobile application 104 through the user interface device 102, creating a user profile by the user in the mobile application 104 through the user interface device 102; wherein the user profile includes personal details and user preferences, customizing the luxury coach based on the user preference through a customization engine 108 of the system 100; wherein the user preference includes preferred interior design, preferred food, preferred entertainment, preferred digital support system preferred traveler guide and security and preferred payment option; and booking the user customized luxury coach 109 by the user.
