A technique for determining reflexivity of eye movement is provided. This reflexivity determination device is provided with: a feature value extraction unit which extracts a feature value (the first feature value) of saccades that occur during a subject's pupil movement in a task involving moving the eyes to follow a visual cue or an auditory cue, and a feature value (the second feature value) of saccades that occur in the subject's pupil movement in a task involving moving the eyes in the direction opposite of the visual cue or the auditory cue; and a determination unit which, on the basis of the degree of difference between the first feature value and the second feature value, generates a determination result that indicates whether or not the subject's eye movement occurred reflexively. If the difference is great, the determination unit generates a determination result indicating that the subject's eye movement occurred reflexively, and otherwise, generates a determination result indicating that the subject's eye movement cannot be said to have occurred reflexively.
