Provided in the present invention are a 4-(p-trifluoromethylbenzyl)-3-floro-1,2,4 triphenylamine derivative, a pharmaceutical composition of same, and uses thereof. The chemical formula of the derivative is as represented by formula I, where R is a C1-C6 alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a heteroatom-containing cycloalkyl, an aromatic ring, or a heteroatom-containing aromatic ring, the heteroatom is selected from N or O; n is 0, 1, 2, or 3; and the pharmaceutical composition has any of the 4-(p-trifluoromethylbenzyl)-3-floro-1,2,4 triphenylamine derivatives described above as the active ingredient and, at the same time, contains one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The derivative and the pharmaceutical composition are provided with a significantly activated KCNQ channel current; therefore, the derivative is applicable in preparing a KCNQ potassium channel opener, also applicable as an active ingredient of an antiepileptic medicinal preparation, and as an active ingredient of an anxiety relieving medicinal preparation and of a neuropathic pain relieving medicinal preparation.
