Provided is a fund requirement handling service providing system in which a company server that manages a spending limit for each employee, an attendance server that manages attendance data of employees, an operator server that manages management accounts of the employees, and a bank server that manages bank accounts of the employees into which salaries are paid are connected via a network. The operator server has: a calculation unit for calculating amounts loanable to the employees, and transferring electronic value information, corresponding to the loanable amounts, of advance funds paid by an operator on behalf of a company, to the management accounts for managing purposes; an automatic charge data output unit for performing a transfer process for transferring the electronic value information of the advance funds in the management accounts to the bank accounts; and an output means for outputting, to the company server, loan amounts loaned to the employees due to the transfer of the electronic value information of the advance funds from the management accounts to the bank accounts. The total amount of the loanable amounts to the employees of the same company is controlled so as not to exceed a loanable amount limit set by the operator with respect to the company.
