The purpose of the notification is the external, docytoplasmic, epigenetic transformation of 1-cell clonal embryos, which consists of: that a measured sample of non-selective DNA methyltransferase inhibitor (DNMTi) or non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a mixture of non-selective DNA methyltransferase inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) in volume 1:1-1 is dissolved in a stabilizing buffer,and then a sample of such buffered non-selective methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) solution or buffered non-selective nucleotide histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or buffered mixture of non-selective methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-selective histone deacetylase inhibitor nuclear chromate (HDACi) is protected by cryo-preservation,before entering an external derivative, docytoplasmic, 1-cell epigenetic transformation of clonal embryos frozen sample of buffered non-selective methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) solution or buffered non-selective deacetylase inhibitor nuclear chromatin histone (HDACi) or buffered mixture of non-selective inhibitor DNA methyltransferase (DNMTi) and non-selective nuclear chromatone histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) are thawed,the sample is then added to a microinjection buffer, supplemented with polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and placed in a boron silicate microneedle or an injection micropipette, followed by clonal embryos in the 1-blastometer stage, obtained by artificial activation of oocytes reconstructed by the cloning of somatic cell nuclei, undergo an external epigenetic transformation by microsurgical deposition into the cytoplasm of individual blastomers in the 1-cell embryos of a buffered solution of a non-selective methyltransferase DNA inhibitor. (DNMTi) or baya non-selective solution of a nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a buffered mixture of a non-selective methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) and a non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi).
