Method and device for measuring photon beam energy emitted from a linear electron accelerator for the certification of photon sources used in industrial medicine and diagnostics. They are characterized by the use of A.H. Compton's relationship between the initial energy of photons emitted from a linear electron accelerator,angle (?) Dispersion of discard electrons generated from film dispersion material (FR) to an electron detector (DE). The scattered photons are recorded by photon detectors (DF1) (DFn) of different sensitivity to photon and electron on the sheetoutside the vacuum tube (GPR) and the scattered waste electrons are recorded by the electron detector (DE) of different photon and electron sensitivity placed in an additional vacuum tube situated to the horizontal vacuum tube (GPR) for the purpose of electron dispersion (? (m) at the specified value. After conversion to voltage signals compared to voltage comparator (KP)m standard (WZ) are administered by the microprocessor (MP) to the computer (K). In the case of simultaneous registration of an electron discard by an electron detector (DE) and a scattered photon by one of the detectors (DF1)... (DFn) the computer program (K) calculates the initial photon energy and displays the aggregate table and charts on the computer screen (K).
