substrate containing aluminum with at least one microporous layer applied superficially from an aluminum phosphate zeolite (alpo) and other layers, process for its preparation and use thereof the present invention refers to a substrate containing aluminum with at least one microporous layer aluminum phosphate zeolite (alpo) and other superficially applied layers. this aluminum-containing substrate is characterized by the fact that the microporous layer of the aluminum phosphate zeolite has a primary layer, on which there is a secondary microporous or mesoporous material different from that of the primary layer. this aluminum-containing substrate is very advantageously prepared according to a process in which: 1. a substrate containing aluminum in a hydrothermally treated aqueous suspension comprising at least one phosphorus as a crosslinking element and on which, through in situ crystallization, a microporous primary layer of an aluminum phosphate zeolite is formed, in particular the molar ratio of cross-forming aluminum, deficiently present in the aqueous suspension, for the sum of all cross-forming elements present in the aqueous suspension, is below 0.5, so that the aluminum required to compensate for the deficiency is removed from the substrate containing aluminum, and that 2. a secondary microporous or mesoporous material is formed on the primary microporous layer, such that the primary porous layer presenting the substrate containing aluminum is subjected to another treatment in an aqueous suspension, which contains the necessary crosslinking elements for the formation of the porous secondary material. the substrate containing the aluminum described is especially suitable as a heat exchanger, as a catalytic reactor or as a constructive element in heat exchanger technology with anti-corrosion effect or anti-fouling effect.
