a system and method for treating cancer is disclosed, integrating a hemodynamic parameter monitoring system (hdp) and a radiofrequency generator synchronized by a processing system. the system is able to identify changes in the variation values of hdp specific health condition in a patient after exposure of frequencies of electromagnetic fields of modulated amplitude. the exposure of the modulated frequencies influences cellular functions, such as microtubule conductivity or malfunction in a patient or can provide therapeutic, predictive and prognostic effects for the patient, providing both treatment of a specific disease such as hepatocellular carcinoma as well as predictive results of how effective treatment is likely to be. building a frequency library can be used to more efficiently and effectively diagnose and treat a health condition in patients by automatically tuning into a treatment regimen specifically for the patient.
