A system comprising a hemodynamic parameter (HDP) monitoring system and a radio frequency generator synchronized by a processing system is described. The system is able to identify changes in HDP values of the specific health condition in a patient by exposing low energy modulated amplitude amplitude electromagnetic field (sfq) frequencies. sfq exposure influences cellular functions or dysfunctions in a warm-blooded mammal individual. The construction of an sfq library can be used to efficiently and effectively diagnose and treat a health condition in patients. The methods of using the system are further described.
