the invention relates to the complete electronic wind emulator system (1), which consists of a three-phase ac / cc converter (rectifier) and filter elements (2); a three-phase dc / ac converter (inverter) and filter elements (l-c) (3); signal conditioning plates (pcs) composed of voltage and current sensors, or signal conditioning plates (4 and 5); a digital signal controller (dsc) (6), on which are embedded the mathematical models of the wind turbine involving the wind turbine, mechanical coupling and electric generator, as well as the synchronism algorithm with the electric grid, controllers and reference generation algorithms voltage and current control; through the serial communication interface (sci) dsc is communicated with the graphical interface (7), which allows the configuration of the parameters of the wind turbine mathematical models, as well as the user's interaction with the emulation system. the invention allows low cost of implementation and the versatility of emulation of different models of commercial wind turbines, allowing greater dynamism in the development of research inserted in educational environments, as well as in research and development centers in engineering.
