The distributed machine learning device 300 determines a plurality of block configurations, which are subsets of a plurality of parameters used in the prediction model, and executes a process of optimizing the plurality of parameters to generate a subset of parameters belonging to the block. A block configuration determining unit (301) is provided for acquiring each change amount and changing an element of a subset of the parameters in the block based on the acquired change amount.
