To provide esthetic methods that can effectively perform esthetics of a living body and to provide methods for extracting preventive medical data using the methods.SOLUTION: Provided are an esthetic method comprising: applying a first agent consisting of a thioglycolic acid solution or a cysteamine solution or a cysteine solution to the foot or lower leg or head of a living body; contacting, in a jet circulation form from a nozzle, a second agent consisting of a solution at pH 4.0 and containing an oxidizing agent containing as an active ingredient any chemical selected from sodium bromate, hydrogen peroxide, and oxydol, with the skin of the foot or lower leg or head of the living body to which the first agent has been applied, in a liquid tank 11; and putting the second agent contacted to the foot or lower leg or head of the living body into a drainage tank and taking out, as well as a method for extracting preventive medical data configured to extract the second agent as preventive medical data using the esthetic method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
