PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient interpretation services corresponding to the situations of users.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 accepts an interpretation request and establishes telephone communication with a server device 20, and transmits voice data from a security guard S and a foreigner F to the server device 20. The server device 20 determines the degree of urgency and a language type from the voice data, selects an interpreter T1 familiar with various languages if the degree of urgency is high, makes a machine translation server 60 perform machine translation if the degree of urgency is low, otherwise selects an interpreter corresponding to the degree of urgency and the language type, establishes a telephone line between an interpreter terminal 50 of the selected interpreter and the mobile terminal 10, and has the interpreter interpret the voice data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
