PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system configured to switch commodities which can be exchanged, and perform initial display of commodities, according to each hall shop and time.SOLUTION: A prize exchange system 9001 comprises a key server 9600 and a shop management server 9700. The shop management server 9700 receives information on commodities of a shop from a server or the like of an Internet mail-order site. When the key server 9700 receives a request of commodity information from a viewer 9550 which is a prize selection device, the key server acquires commodity information from the shop management server 9700, refers to a prize initial display control table 9659, determines an initial display category corresponding to a hall shop and a time, and transmits commodity information of prizes corresponding to the initial display category to the viewer 9550.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 210
