PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system capable of setting an integration method of kinds of game media, in prize exchange.SOLUTION: A prize exchange system 9001 comprises a key server 9600'', a shop management server 9700, and a payment management server 9800. When the key server 9600 receives a prize order instruction from a prize exchange terminal 9530'' of a hall shop, the key server transmits a prize delivery instruction to a server 9842a-1 of a corresponding net mail-order site. A prize exchange device integrates storage balls of a player over plural kinds of game media, according to game media integration setting, and thus, enables the prize exchange based on a calculated integration value. The prize exchange device provides an interface for specifying by which kind of the game medium, an equivalent of the prize exchange is paid, when the prize exchange is performed according to the value of the game medium after integration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 248
