To provide a privilege granting device, a privilege granting method, a privilege acquisition program, and a privilege acquisition method which allow privilege information to be provided to only a user who actually uses a facility.SOLUTION: The privilege granting device comprises: a reception processing unit which receives facility identification information for identifying a facility and photographing position information included in image data, from a user terminal; and a transmission processing unit which transmits privilege information indicative of a privilege available in the facility, to the user terminal if a location of the facility indicated by the facility identification information and a photographing position indicated by the photographing position information coincide with each other or are within a preliminarily determined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
