CONSTITUTION: A client terminal 20a or 20b for a resident, displays an experience state confirmation screen in which description of an experience record DB for an individual is reflected, when an experience state confirmation button is clicked, and when the client terminal receives an item number selection operation in the state, the client terminal detects plural image reading reports corresponding to some of plural case items and which have not been read. A client terminal 30 for a medical instructor edits the image reading report edited by an operation of the resident, by the input operation such as observation/diagnosis, then updates description of an experience record DB 4044 for individual.EFFECT: As an effect, training using an inspection report which is generated in actual medical practice, can be efficiently executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
