The place where the inventory in the stage before processing due to the manufacturing process flow including multiple manufacturing processes stays, the place where the inventory in the stage during processing in each manufacturing process stays, and the stage waiting for processing between each manufacturing process. Inventory detection sensors are installed at each of the place where the inventory stays and the place where the stock at the stage after processing according to the manufacturing process flow stays. The residence time measurement unit (220) measures the residence time of each inventory at each stage by using each inventory detection sensor. The inventory cost calculation unit (230) calculates the inventory cost required for each inventory at each stage based on the residence time of each inventory at each stage.
