PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rule base system which prevents depletion of memory in a working memory and which does not require garbage collection to work.SOLUTION: The rule base system is configured to comprise: a rule base unit 12 for storing rule information representing a rule in which conditions for respective values of a plurality of condition items and processing for when all conditions are satisfied are associated with each other; a working memory unit 13 fixedly allocated to each of the plurality of condition items; condition value acquiring means 11 for acquiring a value for each of the plurality of condition items; working memory control means 11 for setting the value in the working memory unit 13 allocated to the condition item every time the value of the condition item is acquired; rule determining means 11 for determining whether or not the value set in the working memory unit establishes all the conditions included in the rule; process execution control means 11 for performing execution control of processing included in the rule, when it is determined that establishment is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
