PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocomposite particle having extremely high water repellency and lipophilicity, a column filler utilizable for oil-water separation using the same, a filter, a surface treatment agent and a surface treatment method capable of imparting extremely high water repellency and lipophilicity to the surface of the base material to be treated, and a method for producing a nanocomposite particle-dispersed liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a nanocomposite particle comprising: an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer; and a fluorine-containing compound represented by formula (I): in formula (I), Rdenotes a group containing a fluoroalkyl group; Rdenotes an alkyl group or an alkoxyalkyl group; Rand Rrespectively independently denote a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group; x denotes an integer of 1-100; and y denotes an integer of 0-100.SELECTED DRAWING: None
