The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device which eliminates vulnerability to a man-in-the-middle attack. The present invention provides a fake web page determination device 1 equipped with: an imaging unit 3 for imaging the display of a computer upon which a screen containing a displayed web page is projected; a window identification information acquisition unit 4 for acquiring window identification information which identifies the display region of the browser window displaying the web page; an address identification information acquisition unit 8 for acquiring address identification information for the web page using the acquired window identification information; an address identification information determination unit 5 for determining whether or not the acquired address identification information identifies the web page of a genuine website; and a fake window determination unit 6 for determining, in cases in which the address identification information was determined to identify the web page of a genuine website, whether or not the abovementioned window identification information was derived from a faked image.
