PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor in charge decision device capable of preventing situations that a doctor aiming to become as a medical specialist is not accredited as a medical specialist because of being not able to achieve prescribed medical care results within a given training period.SOLUTION: A doctor in charge determination device is provided with a storage unit and a doctor in charge decision unit. The storage unit stores training situation information on actual results for which a plurality of medical interns belonging to a hospital are certified as medical specialists. A doctor in charge decision unit preferentially decides the medical intern whose number of remaining items that must be experienced with respect to a predetermined disease is greater with respective to the remaining period of the training as the doctor in charge for a temporarily determined patient who is determined as the determined disease, among the medical intern included in the training situation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
