To provide a diet therapy for inhibiting tumor growth of intractable cancer, treating intractable cancer, or reinforcing the effects of other cancer treatments.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a low-carbohydrate high-fat composition for use in inhibiting tumor growth of intractable cancer, treating intractable cancer, and/or reinforcing the effects of cancer treatments. The composition can contain fat of about 55 mass% or more relative to the total solid content of the composition. The composition can contain carbohydrate of about 0 mass%-15 mass% relative to the total solid content of the composition.
