To provide a nondestructive inspection system, a neutron irradiation source and a neutron irradiation method with which, in nondestructive inspection carried out on a test piece using neutrons, charged particles emitted from a linear accelerator are deflected and the yield of neutrons, out of the neutrons generated from a target, that are used for inspection is thereby increased and the degree of freedom in inspection direction is heightened.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection system 1 comprises: a neutron irradiation source 3 capable of irradiating neutrons N; and a neutron detection unit 14 capable of detecting the neutrons Nb irradiated from the neutron irradiation source 3 and having gone through a test object 6a. The neutron irradiation source 3 includes: a linear accelerator 11 capable of emitting accelerated charged particles P; a first magnet unit 12 having opposing magnets 12a, 12b capable of deflecting to a direction substantially perpendicular to the emission direction of the charged particles P emitted from the linear accelerator 11; and a target 13 capable of generating neutrons N irradiated with the charged particles P having passed through the first magnet part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
