PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sake lees amazake beverage in which the ethanol content contained in sake lees is reduced while maintaining the flavor of sake lees amazake. It is produced by a method for producing an amazake beverage, which comprises a step of obtaining sake lees from which ethanol has been removed, and a step of mixing sake lees from which ethanol has been removed and a fragrance containing no ethanol to obtain a sake lees mixture. Further, it is an amazake beverage characterized in that an ethanol-free sake lees powder and a flavor having propylene glycol, which is a flavor containing no ethanol, are mixed and the ethanol content is less than 0.005% by volume.
