PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently obtaining a positive electrode for a battery having excellent mold releasability from a mold and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery provided with the positive electrode. A positive electrode for a coin-type non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to the present invention is in the form of granules containing a positive electrode active material made of a transition metal composite oxide, a conductive auxiliary agent, and a binder made of PTFE.
