the invention relates to a system and a method for analysis of a public transportation system for the determination of the need for mobility within a territory covered by the transport networkin common.the analysis system (1) includes:- monitoring means (2) of the vehicle (v) within the public transport network.- the first processing means (3) designed to determine, in at least one of the transmission lines (t) and in different slots.the values of average stopping time of the node (n) and the values of mean velocity on the sections (1).- the second processing means (4), designed to determine, on the basis of the values of average speed on the sections (1).the local value of application in mobility for each of the sections (1) and each of the slots, and- ways and means (5), comprising a memory in which is stored data of the data analysis system (1).
