The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the user experience when reading, on a mobile terminal (1) connected to a wide area network (20), video content broadcast by a content provider from said network ( 20), the method comprising the implementation of steps of: (a) continuously rendering said video content by data processing means (11) of the mobile terminal (1), and display by display means ( 13) of the terminal (1) in an interface of said service provider; (b) Extracting by the data processing means (11) a plurality of images of said content as displayed by the display means (13) of the terminal (1); (c) analyzing said plurality of extracted images to determine at least one parameter representative of the user experience quality.
