A method of manufacturing a towel, comprising: a) a terry fabric manufacturing step of providing a pile warp made by twisting or twisting core yarn and cover yarn between the weft yarns to form a loop at the time of weaving a lower portion containing the base warp and weft yarn, b) a primary dyeing step of dyeing the pile warp in the terry cloth, c) a bleaching and rinsing step of the terry cloth fabric of step b), and d) a secondary dyeing step of dyeing the bottom portion in the terry cloth, wherein steps b) -d) in the same bath, and wherein the core yarn and the cover yarn are spaced apart from each other to be separated from each other in the primary dyeing step.
