FIELD: forestry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry, in particular, to a method of storing acorns of common oak. Acorns of common oak are placed into storage in separate storage units with volume of 20–50 l. Storage unit has walls impermeable for gases and upper part covered with low-pressure polyethylene film with thickness of 20 mcm. Storage of containers is carried out at temperature from -1 °C to +2 °C.;EFFECT: method provides creation of necessary gas medium and moisture inside storage unit, and also allows to remove required quantity of acorns from storage without disturbing storage mode of remaining ones.;1 cl
