FIELD: biology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and is intended for identification of yeast of the genus Pichia. Pre-enrichment of yeast, precipitation by centrifugation, isolation of DNA with real time PCR are carried out. For amplification, primers and a Taqman probe are used.
