FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Urethrotom 21F with optics 0° urethroscopy is performed to detect the stricture of the vesicourethral anastomosis; a conductor string is inserted into the bladder, the urethrots are removed and placed next to the guide. Further, along the working channel of the instrument, a laser fiber is used, using the guide as a landmark, a laser incision of the stricture is performed on 5and 7o'clock of "conditional clock face" to a lumen allowing the urethrotic passage into the bladder cavity. A urinary bladder is emptied, a cystoscopy is performed, a conductor is removed; laser vaporisation is performed between the incision sites to the depth of the incisions with preserving the upper part of anastomosis from 7 to 5 o'clock of the 'conventional clock face' to ensure stability of its lumen. Thereafter, the bladder is drained with 18 F urethral catheter for 3rd day.EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of the patient's rehabilitation and reducing the medical and economic costs.1 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
