The present invention relates to a method and system for automatically calculating land-use compensation expenses of an underground portion for a corresponding lot by extracting and determining land property information, limit depth, soil skin, and land bareness of a lot corresponding to a corresponding underground construction zone from a continuous cadastral map and a construction design drawing. The method and the system can extract and calculate land property information, limit depth, soil skin, and land bareness required to calculate underground compensation expenses from a continuous cadastral map, a construction design drawing, and external information storage. Accordingly, the present invention can markedly reduce time and labor for compensation expense calculation since a worker does not have to visit lots to check information such as lot numbers and incorporation areas or individually compare construction design drawings and land and building information to determine limit depth, soil skin, and land use inhibition rate to calculate underground compensation expenses. Therefore, the method and the system can automatically complete underground compensation expense calculation requiring at least a few months even for a skilled worker within a day or two and prevent document writing errors caused by manual work.
