The present invention relates to a primer composition for PCR capable of simultaneously detecting all of the genes by mixing primers complementarily binding to human fibrinogen alpha chain (FGA), amelogenin and vWA (von Willebrand factor) . There is provided a gene-sensing kit comprising the primer composition for PCR of the present invention. In addition, the present invention can provide a gene analysis kit for scientific investigation education including the primer composition for PCR, and can be used for scientific investigation education.
