The present invention provides a premixed composition for PCR, capable of simultaneously detecting human fibrinogen alpha chain (FGA), amelogenin, and von Willebrand factor (vWA) by mixing primers complementarily binding to the genes at an optimum ratio. The present invention provides a gene detection kit comprising the premixed composition for PCR. In addition, the present invention can provide a genetic analysis kit for scientific investigation education including the premixed composition for PCR, and can be used for scientific investigation education.
