The present invention discloses a method for evaluating low water capacity control capacity for surface runoff of a watershed eco-friendly infrastructure. The evaluation method includes the steps of: obtaining an environmentally friendly infrastructure unit through standardization of the environmentally friendly infrastructure in the watershed; Establishing a hydrograph of the basin flooding of slope patches of eco-friendly infrastructure type and bare type under heavy storm frequency; Determining flood control capacity of the environmental infrastructure based on analysis of the hydrograph of the basin flood; Through analysis and calculation of flood control capacity and green infrastructure units, we obtain the standard value of low water control for surface runoff of green infrastructure per unit area and use this indicator to evaluate the capacity of low water control for surface runoff of green infrastructure. A methodology for assessing the low water capacity for surface runoff of this watershed eco-infrastructure, which includes a step that can be used as an evaluation indicator, has a relatively high rationality and accuracy, and a standard value indicator for low water control for the water runoff of the eco-friendly infrastructure. By obtaining, we can provide a basis for the selection and deployment of ecological sea basin eco-friendly infrastructure.
