High Performance Ceramic Mortar Composition for Prevention of Salt damage and Neutralization and Freezing and Thawing of Concrete Structures and Method of Repairing and Reinforcing Deteriorated Concrete Structure Spraying Using the same
The present invention relates to a waterproof and anti-corrosion high-performance ceramic mortar composition for preventing salt damage, neutralization, and freezing and thawing of a concrete structure, and to a construction method for repairing and reinforcing the degraded concrete structure with the composition, wherein the ceramic mortar composition has high strength, an excellent waterproof function, a low absorption rate, and an excellent durability when repairing a damaged area of a degraded concrete structure. The construction method for repairing and reinforcing the degraded concrete structure comprises: a first step process of preparing a ceramic mortar composition which is composed of 7-20 parts by weight of dead burned magnesia, 13-25 parts by weight of a first potassium phosphate, 3-7 parts by weight of an inorganic binder, 5-10 parts by weight of nanosilica, 10-20 parts by weight of calcium silicate, 0.5-2 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent, 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of a powdered self-waterproof agent, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a microfiber, 20-45 parts by weight of silica sand, and 2-5 parts by weight of a hydration reaction controlling agent; and a second step process of mixing the ceramic mortar composition acquired in the first step process with mixing water by using an automatic mixer, and spraying the ceramic mortar mixed with the water to a defect area on a concrete structure by using a spraying apparatus for spraying the ceramic mortar at a pressure range of 20-50 Bar. Therefore, according to the construction method, strength thereof and attachment performance after first hardening continue to increase, a contraction rate changes according to a contraction rate of a partner material, there is no interface separation phenomenon, and an excellent neutralization prevention effect is provided, thereby remarkably repairing and reinforcing a steel structure.
